Love this razor
I actually own two of them, one I use for travel. It is sleek and works very well. I am going to attempt to split into pros and cons! Pros: The razor is a great design to hold, and seems to need very little effort to achieve a great shave. The razor blades themselves are small but mighty and last longer than the brands that’s seem to be so disposable these days. And the replacement cartridges are so expensive. This razor is easy to fill with the blades and they last and last. Plus I really love the color choices. They are shiny and look great. Cons: From my experience you have to prepare your legs (or whatever is to be shaved) beforehand so that you can rinse and dry your hands BEFORE you pick up the razor to shave. The weight of the razor (which at first is surprising) is heavy compared to ‘normal’ razors and can be very slippery if your hands are wet or soapy. That is one reason I don’t use it in the shower because it’s too difficult to carefully use it in the shower. Plus it should be rinsed clean and then dried to preserve the razor from rust and damage. In my use of this razor there is only the one Con of the slippery handle. All other aspects of it seem to be on the Pro side of things. At least for me! Buy one! You’ll love it!

This will definitely nick your budget... but worth it.
I was looking for a razor that was both sustainable and effective. I've used this razor twice now, and it gets the job done. I also tried it with my face, and it worked just fine. They Leaf Brand has other razors that are supposedly better for the face - but if you don't have sensitive skin or other concerns, you might just be able to stick with just this version. Four stars because of the following: This razor isn't going to be fun if you have dexterity issues - it is heavy and slippery when wet so you will have to remain aware of how you are using it. There is a separate grip you can buy but for the price why wouldn't it come with a grip and a cover? I never used anything like this (solid Venus user) and was able to use it without any cuts or nicks. It doesn't come with a razor cover and you have to buy the travel case separately.

Flex head broke after a year, but they replaced it fast!
Updating from 3 to 5 stars: Leaf’s customer service went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. They responded so quickly. I sent them proof of purchase and a photo and they agreed to replace my broken razor, no problem. They didn’t have the original finish (rose gold) that I purchased, so they let me pick a new one I liked. They are sending it asap to me and I couldn’t be happier. THAT is customer service - being prompt, polite, and making it right. After one year, my razor bit the dust. The flexing head portion of the razor broke. So, it’s just floppy and I can’t shave properly now. I’ve always been careful with it and taken care of it. I loved this razor, but for the price point, it just didn’t hold up. Not sure if this is a fluke or if it has happened to others, but I’m disappointed.

Works but overhyped
I have nicked myself many times with this razor- even after switching the amount of blades and placement. It could be user error or I might just put too much pressure on it. I switched to a Venus for a vacation and it was smoother and I did not cut myself.

THE SMOOTHEST SHAVE EVER!! But be careful pls!
100% recommend the bundle bc it has everything you need for starters. On the pricier side BUT it’s definitely an investment if you have hairy legs because of how good it performs. No ingrowns at all! But be slow with it bc you might cut yourself like me.

Great for Sensitive Skin!
This razor was hyped on a lot of social media but I was a little apprehensive in purchasing because of the higher price tag. However it was worth every penny! Hands down the best razor I’ve used and doesn’t leave my skin irritated or bumpy. I couldn’t recommend this razor enough! I love it!

Looks nice and seems to work.
I like how it shaves however it clogs up regularly if you’re using it to shave your body rather than your face. You really have to open the blade retention mechanism to clear out the accumulated hair. The only half solution I’ve come up with is to bring a bowl into the shower so I can swish it around to reduce the accumulation. My other concern is the delicate nature of the retention mechanism. I’m not sure how durable that is and only time will tell. I would recommend getting the razor stand kit version so that it’s just stored away neatly. Lastly, it is a very slippery metal finish. If you were going to handle this in a shower, you will definitely need the rubber grip which is sold separately. But it does shave quite well when it’s not clogged up.
