Are there different modes for ems & tens, or are the emitted together, please?

Elsewhere in the Q&A's, the Seller posted a list of which modes they claim will support TENS (the purpose of which is pain reduction) versus EMS (the purpose of which is muscle strengthening).  Without offering judgment on its accuracy or correctness, I'll re-post that here for you:
Main Mode 1:
1)Lateral palm kneading（TENS）：It’s specially effective for joint pain, sciatica, muscle spasms, and pain in the back, neck, and shoulders.
2)Flat palm kneading（TENS）: Enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, promote relaxation, recreational and well-being.
3) Crosscut fist kneading(EMS): It is a type of alternative medicine consisting of finger and palm pressure, stretches, and other massage techniques.
4) Vertical fist kneading（TENS）: It is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques.
Main Mode 2:
1) Acupuncture(EMS): This mode is used for the points on the Chinese meridian pressure point chart to assist headaches, a variety of ailments as well as muscle and joint pain. Particularly good for fast relief of acute pain.
2) Moxibustion(EMS): Helps relieve pain, relax the mind and muscle, promote sleep.
3) Acupuncture kneading(EMS)：Helps muscle reduction, relaxation of muscle spasms, increase range of motion, injury recovery and post surgery recovery.
4) Moxibustion kneading(EMS): It helps chronic conditions such as insomnia Constipation, headaches, and the tension associated with stress.
Main Mode 3:

Main Mode 4:
1) Lifting-pinching manipulation(TENS+EMS): It strengthen and firm muscles at abs, back, thighs and arms etc.

4 ports for each connection wire or only two ports to connect to the electrodes

There are A/B 2 ports,  you can connect 2 pcs of 4 in 1 electrode wires to the unit, then you can use the 8 electrode pads for massage at the same time.

If the intensity can be programmed separately?

Is there a way to get it to continuously stimulate and not fade in and out every few seconds? I've tried every mode and they all seem to do this.

There are six icons on the screen, each icon contains different built-in 4 modes. Press “”button to change the six icons（6 main modes). Press the “M “to try 4 different modes within that selection. If you want continuously stimulate , please  select the first icon and press M then select mode 3
