Thai Deodorant Stone Crystal Stone in Basket

Finally, an aluminium free deodorant that actually works! Over the period of a year or so, I tried a countless amount of natural deodorants - sprays, roll-on, balms... the works. High-end, high street, cult brand...Absolutely nothing worked, bar a few that contained bicarbonate soda which ended up scarring my armpits from irritation, the rest were just useless and I may as well not have been wearing any ‘deodorant’ at all. Lots of money and products down the pan, I went back to aluminium products because it was just becoming. too much hassle — then someone suggested trying a salt block. I had little faith based on all the failed past attempts but thought I’d give the natural stuff one last try... lo and behold: a winner! This actually works!!! Wet the block of salt, apply to wet underarms, let it dry in completely and voila! No unwanted smells, less sweat. For the sake of my experiment I held off on showering for 24 hours and I’m still smelling odourless, it even works on hot and humid days. I am so over the moon I can’t even explain. Only thing is that it irritated me a tiny bit on first application, but I was able to ignore it and eventually it went away completely, it’s a little drying too but nothing major at all.

I like that it's easy to use, has no perfume and actually works.

We have used 2 or 3 of these and always very impressed at how effective and cost efficient they are. Use each day after showering and provide protection for at least 24 hours without the need for anti perspiration or deodorant.

It snapped the first time I used it!

This is great value for money compared to some of the branded ones. It does have a little plastic wrapper which is a shame, but it needs to be kept dry for shipping, the basket is natural. Works really well, lasts forever!! But don't lick it, my dog said it was disgusting!

Wouldn't be without this. Works perfectly and no scent.

Easy to use and lives up to explanation

Was sceptical this would keep away odour but it does! Better than actual deodorants infact it’s brilliant!! And of course, much better for the body

I bought this recently because I couldn’t find the one I usually buy. So I took a chance on this one. Crystal stones work really well and this one is extra nice because of the curved shape on one side. And I love the little white basket that comes with. I always dry the stone after I’ve used it to keep it from deteriorating. This is outstanding and I will buy this from now on. Highly, highly recommended. It works!

I have literally been using this deodorant every day for ~2-3 years now. I love that it is all natural and I don't have to worry about toxic ingredients going in my armpits. It's definitely not anti-perspirant, though, so expect some sweat. But it seems to take care of the smell better than standard deodorants I've used in the past. And no residue or staining on clothes. Plus this lasts much longer, is more environmentally friendly, and MUCH better on my skin and body overall. I expect to be a lifelong customer. HOW I APPLY IT: BEFORE getting dressed I get it wet with cold water, rub on one pit, then rinse with cold water before rubbing on the other pit, then rinse one more time before putting it back in its holder. This rinsing is to get the bacteria off of the stone so I'm not just spreading it from one area to the next. I also do this before I get dressed just because I personally don't like getting my clothes wet since there is a little water residue from rinsing the stone.

I really love this deodorant. It works better than all the antiperspirants and natural deodorants I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried a LOT) for keeping away body odor smell, plus it’s not sticky. I buy this one instead of the stick version, as that one always falls out of the plastic holder and breaks as it gets smaller with use. I do keep this one on a soap holder though, as there’s always crystals that leak underneath the basket. If it came with a solid pad for underneath the basket, that would be perfect.
