Just got my knife and tried it on tomatoes 🍅. Nice clean cut. The seeds stayed intact with the slices. Great test, sliced better than any knife I’ve ever owned.

Have not used it yet for sushi but it feels good. Its heavy enough and the blad feels strong and durable for sharpening. The small box is great, i keep it in the original box for extra protection of the blade.

I love to cook, and have been looking for a great knife. This is an amazing knife, it’s beautiful to look at, feels good in your hand and it cuts perfectly. Highly recommend!

This knife is very sharp and looks great in my kitchen. It handles fruits and small tasks easily, and I love the design of the octagonal wood handle. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the handle already needed oil after the first wash to keep it from drying out. Otherwise, a solid, beautiful knife.

Bought this months ago and it remains one of my favorite kitchen knife’s. It cuts with such ease. I do hand wash all my knives which is probably why it looks the same as when I first got it. Highly recommend!

Great knife for the price, it's easy to wash and clean. Came very sharp ready to use out of the box and easy to maintain sharp. Using for all my proteins and cuts like a hot knife thru butter. Good value buy!

For the price, cost of it, best knife ever ! Stay sharp for so long, I have it for around 4-5 year already and still one of the shapest knife I have. Easy to use, just wish it came with a blade cover.
