It prints SO FAST! I am an e-commerce business owner and have used my fair share of thermal printers so that I can print our order invoices and shipping labels. This printer is SO easy to troubleshoot as it opens up to make it easy to fix any jams and to check that the paper is loaded in properly (unlike Dymo, which I absolutely LOATHE.) This printer has a sleek, simple design that makes it easy to fit at our desk and is also an AMAZING price compared to its competitors! Bluetooth connectivity was very easy but there is also a USB wire to make it even easier if you don't want to bother. The app is pretty easy to use and makes "DIY stickers" really easy to make if that is something you were thinking of using it for! (Of course because it's thermal it can't print in colors so I recommend editing your images to have sharper lines and higher contrast for the best image quality!) It's great that the app also has different printing settings that you can play around with. I also own one of their smaller (handheld) printers and love it! Save ink and save money. Thermal printers are amazing.

Bluetooth only works for mobile phones. I could not set it up on my PC using Bluetooth at all so had to use the usb cable. I used the supplied sample paper to do initial testing and the quality of prints were not that good. Lots of white gaps and the printed barcode could not be scanned. After the 4 sample sheets I switched to a 200 sheet reel I had purchased and the results were much better. Less gaps and darker print overall. Default setting is speed rather than quality but if you only do small quantities, the highest quality option is the most readable and reliable for scanning.

I brought this printer to use in my classroom and I brought it over the summer, but when I tried to use it in August, my printer wouldn’t print anything. Like it has no ink or something. I was really looking forward to using this product but super disappointed because now I can’t return or exchange it and I spent $50 on it.

This is the first and only thermal printer I will ever have to buy. I own a cottage bakery and I use the printer for product labels. I have run HUNDREDS of labels through this machine, of all sorts of sizes, and it works EVERY TIME! This printer is so fast and reliable. It is super easy to connect to your phone and operate. It is also nice and small, so it tucks away nicely. I can not believe it is as well priced as it is.

I absolutely love it and it has been super easy to use. I had previously left a review saying that the website in the quick start guide caused popups on my computer. After going through and checking everything it turns out that while typing the web address into the browser bar another L got added so it took me to a completely different site that then caused the popup issue. I truly apologize for my first initial review. This printer is definitely a great price and works very well.

I love how compact the printer is! Great for any space and liked how it came with some test labels. The instructions were easy but I am having the same issue pop up a couple times now. My printer is blinking red (which means paper shortage) doesn’t make sense and I have a hard time getting out of that issue.
