This was a blind buy and I’m not disappointed! It smells like Lancome La Vie Est Belle but not as loud as it doesn’t have the overwhelming patchouli (I have LVEB). It also smells like Valentino Donna although the rose in this is not as strong as in Donna. This is a very sophisticated sent, perfect for work because everyone would like it so non offensive and it’s not too strong. Maybe it’s the woody note that changed the composition along with the fresh, clean, sweet and crisp slightly citrus like opening which La Vie Est Belle is not. The patchouli in LVEB is just too much which makes it heavy and dirty. The dry down is more of a praline, woody gourmand (like LVEB) which I love! Such a beautiful fragrance, it smells very expensive, so perfectly crafted and smoothly blended. This lasts only a day on my clothes and I sprayed 3 sprays. This could easily be worn on a date because it’s sexy (that gourmand woody dry down- subtle oud) too just spray 4/5 sprays so it’s stronger and with the price we can spray more 😊 I received it in 2 days which was sooner than was expected. The plastic around the perfume box had a tear in it but that doesn’t take away from the delicious juice inside.

Surprisingly, this fragrance is pretty good quality considering the very reasonable price. The bottle is really well-made and rather striking and the perfume itself is sweet and sensual. The perfume also lasts quite well on the skin and particularly well on clothing. I would say that this would make an amazing treat for yourself if you enjoy sweet scents but will also make for an outstanding gift for somebody who likes sweet and alluring fragrances. I am impressed with this and if permanently available on Amazon would definitely purchase again.

Lovely smell

I like the bottle and the way it sprays. The scent is a nice burst of fragrance smells musky quite deep but floral notes bursting through. unfortunately does not last but initial smell is lovely but too faint.

I have been buying this perfume for a few years now. Came across it on Amazon and took a gamble as I had never heard of it before. Its a beautiful fragrance long lasting at a great price.

If you like Angel, Euphoria, Alien or the old Poison before it was changed you will LOVE this EDP. This EDP is made in France and you can tell. The quality of the bottle is top end and the longevity and depth of the EDP is absolutely sublime. Don't believe me got to fragantica website and look at the reviews, this is where I discovered this perfume recommended. Sillage is immense, the fruit and pepper burst at the beginning dries down to a rich wood with a creamy subtle dark fruit/oriental floral finish. I absolutely LOVE this, it has subtle staying power and for the price it is an absolute mega bargain. Rich and sexy. Very early 80's in depth, staying power and fragrance quality. Very French! Just cannot believe the price. I just bought two more different fragrances from the brand based on this bottle and the more reviews from fragrantica. Just try it and you will see. Shouldn't really be writing this in case the price goes up upon 'mass discovery' but at 100ml... I am good for a while. Enjoy.

Lovely bottle however the fragrance only last for a few minutes and just fails away….

O aroma é divino. Zero fixação. Não adianta tentar perfumar-se com ele… na hora do jato, é um bálsamo. Logo evapora-se, como se nada tivesse usado. Pirata?

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Parfums und habe schon viele verschiedene Düfte ausprobiert. Aber keiner hat mich so begeistert wie Mauboussin - Eau de Parfum Femme - Elixir Pour Elle. Dieser Duft ist einfach unwiderstehlich und passt zu jeder Gelegenheit. Ich habe dieses Parfum vor einem Jahr zum ersten Mal gekauft und seitdem ist es mein treuer Begleiter. Ich liebe es, wie es sich auf meiner Haut entfaltet und eine orientalisch-blumige und köstliche Note hinterlässt. Es ist nicht zu süß und nicht zu schwer, sondern genau richtig. Es hat eine gute Haltbarkeit und verfliegt nicht so schnell wie andere Parfums. Das Parfum hat eine elegante Flasche in einem warmen Ton, die an einen kleinen Edelstein erinnert. Der Verschluss ist goldfarben. Die Flasche liegt gut in der Hand und lässt sich leicht öffnen und schließen. Das Design ist schlicht, aber edel. Die Kopfnote explodiert mit fruchtig-spritziger schwarzer Johannisbeere, die einen frischen Akzent setzt. Dazu gesellt sich die würzige Wärme von rosa Pfeffer, der dem Duft einen Hauch von Raffinesse verleiht. Die orangefarbene Note rundet die Kopfnote ab und sorgt für eine leichte Süße. Die Herznote aus roter Rose1 macht den Duft so facettenreich. Rose ist die Königin der Blumen und verströmt eine romantische und feminine Aura. Sie harmoniert perfekt mit dem zarten Jasmin, der dem Duft eine florale Eleganz verleiht. Die Iris fügt eine pudrige Note hinzu, die dem Duft eine sanfte Weichheit verleiht. Die Basisnote aus Adlerholz verleiht diesem geheimnisvollen Elixier Kraft und Fülle. Das Adlerholz, auch Oud genannt, ist ein kostbares Harz, das einen intensiven und holzigen Duft hat. Es ist ein Symbol für Luxus und Exklusivität. Die Praline sorgt für eine köstliche Gourmand-Note, die den Duft süchtig macht. Die Vanille rundet die Basisnote ab und verleiht dem Duft eine cremige und warme Note. Ich habe viele Komplimente für diesen Duft bekommen und viele Leute haben mich gefragt, was ich trage. Ich finde, dass dieses Parfum zu mir passt und meine Persönlichkeit unterstreicht. Es ist ein Duft für selbstbewusste und sinnliche Frauen, die wissen, was sie wollen. Mein Fazit ist, dass ich dieses Parfum sehr empfehlen kann. Es ist ein hochwertiges Produkt mit einem angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist ein Duft für jede Frau, die sich etwas Besonderes gönnen möchte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Parfum und werde es immer wieder nachkaufen.

El perfume me ha encantado, el frasco es increíblemente bonito, y la entrega mejor imposible. Sin dudarlo volveré a comprar perfumes de esta marca que acabo de descubrir. Pienso que los perfumes de diseñadores están sobrevalorados. Hay otras marcas menos conocidas que son de gran calidad y tienen perfumes de gran desempeño y realmente buenos. Apenas estoy empezando a probar esta fragancia y la primera impresión ha sido muy positiva; tiene elegancia, personalidad, y se deja sentir sin ser estridente. Esta marca merece una oportunidad.
