I do not, by any means, intend to start a podcast or twitch stream, but I play TTRPGs online with friends. I recently expanded my displays to add another and the mic in it's present position was obstructing the view. This resolved the issue. It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and a great value. Definitely a good buy for those casual users.

It is highly customizable and that’s why I bought it. Quality is good. Things like this can’t compare to how things like this used to be made but it is good enough to get the job done at a third of the price.

Considering that this is a $16 microphone stand there isn't much to complain about, it hold the microphone nice and sturdy, no sqeaking while moving it, the mount is solid. the only downside is that the springs are a little too strong which causes the first arm wanting to retract even though I try to extend it.

Fairly simple to set up and did need some assembly to install a pair of springs. The clamp seems to be fairly deep so could fit on many surfaces. The reach of this is pretty good though not the easiest stand I have worked with. Comes with an adaptor for mic or can use the included mic clamp to hold mics that do not have a mount hole. This seems to lock and hold in place with one or two knobs depending on what you want to do. Not as smooth of motion or positioning as the higher-end hydraulic-type controlled units. Ok for a basic mic stand but probably not the first choice if you do this a lot or professionally. Came with velcro wraps for wire while they work well the small tap end that should feed around something is too short to wrap around the frame of this, I'd rather have these tied to the stand than the cables. The positions this will stay in are not all that exact either from my experience with it. You may move it then it will pop back or up a bit unless make sure to lock it even then it does this some. I don't think this is an issue with this unit more something common to things using this type of system.

The part that holds the mic easily broke only had it for 4 months

I really liked how easy it is to adjust, but i feel like the springs on it are kind of unnecessary. Plus they make it so you can't move it down below a certain point, which is probably the point, but idk that i want it to do that. Still, amazing mic holder, super high quality.

Great arm for the price. Strong base which I defenately need as my Audiotechnica mike is heawy.
