I love this flavor and that it is sugar free. It definitely makes me feel more hydrated than just drinking water.

These are great. I use them when I am doing heavy cardio. The taste better than G0 and hydrate better as well. They are a little more expensive than G0, but it is worth it.

This flavor tastes great and I like how easy this is to use. During a recent trip to Singapore these were a life saver. I was getting dizzy and had a horrible headache from the heat and humidity until I remembered I had some packets of liquid IV in my bag. I drank half a packet in my water bottle every day and didn't get heat sick anymore.

Yes, with this powder and it turns seltzer to my favorite soda. On preparation, 16oz (473mL) cup is recommended. Pour a bit drinking water and mix with this powder until dissolved. Add your favorite seltzer until the bubbles come to nearly top and stop for few seconds, and add the rest. Taste is great, and, on top of all, low sugar.

I’m constantly dealing with dehydration due to medical issues so I use electrolytes to help counteract this. I’ve been looking for a sugar free option that I ACTUALLY like and will drink and this Strawberry Watermelon flavor from Liquid IV is the BOMB! I absolutely love the taste and is a great way to get my hydration in. No after taste! The only problem I have is I need it in the stores for when I’m running short or my subscription is late.
