The description is lacking, so:It comes pre-wired with all switches and sockets powered by one common lead from your power source. Common ground, too. I installed it that way with its power lead switched by my ignition switch. But it wouldn't be difficult to wire in any combination otherwise - e.g., each with it's own power lead, some always on, some switched, various combinations, etc....The wiring is hefty, not thin and cheap.Each switch has a little blue light which is off unless the switch has power AND is in the on position - then that individual switch's light is on - regardless whether it has a connection downstream.The usb ports have an even smaller little blue light, too.Well made, works.

I love this panel for the cost. Switches are bright and work great (the reason i bought it). I gave 4 stars because the USB ports were DOA. No lights or nothing. Even so, still worth the cost.

We have a pop up vending business and use lights to bring attention. This box work great right inside the door to turn everything on in seconds.

Excellent switches. I installed them in a 6x6 box. It worked excellent. I would buy another one.

Hubby used this to rewire our skiff and it works great

The socket and usb portion is in and out. Sometimes it works, Sometimes it doesn't (bad connection maybe) all 3 switches work, but I really needed the usb ports. If you also need usb on your boat stay away from this product!!!
