Do not waste your money! I am a moderate MJ user, and had quit for over a week prior to using this, I also always drink alot of water, I sweat alot, and don't have an overly high BMI. I followed the directions EXACTLY, per the time frame. My urine was totally clear at my test, and also I didn't pass due to high THC levels. Aside from that, it actually made me feel physically horrible later that night/next day. I'm not sure why, as I have never taken this type of product before but I started sweating like crazy (niacin I assume) and the surface of my skin felt weird. Then the following day I had discomfort in my left side of my torso like something inside was swollen. This might just be my sensitive body, but don't waste your time or money. I was guaranteed this would work by the guy at the head shop and now I can't find my receipt (maybe he never gave l me one?) and am out $32 and a job. My fault for partaking of course, but don't believe these detox claims. Good luck.
