It's a very stylish, solid piece of jewelry. You can add as much or as little information as you want when you register it. Now I'm allowed out of the house by my self!

I been in the market for a medical bracelet that isn't so....not my style. This necklace works. The scanning surface is perfect. The QR code is really easy to scan. I read the reviews on the bracelets and some people had a hard time scanning them because they are small. That's why I got the necklace. It's a larger QR. The chain is tiny and looks VERY easily breakable, but that's easy to replace. There is NO activation fee or anything to get all your info in and WHOA, does it store a lot of info! I'm getting them for my brothers who are veterans and have medical problems from serving.

Good product. Easy setup and convenient options for uploading information. I was able to enter all pertinent information with no problems. The only issue I had was with the short chain. I prefer a longer lanyard so I swapped it out. I am very pleased with my purchase. Great price, I had expected to pay more. I will be showing it off and recommending it to my friends and family.

I would not recommend this. The info is printed, not engraved, which is going to wear off in no time on an item such as this that is meant for daily wear. In addition, I only had my medical information filled out for around 10 minutes before I got a robo call which would make me concerned about the security of where you are putting your information. It sounded good in theory, but I am gong back to engraved medic alert jewelry. Also, both the bracelet and necklace I ordered were flimsy and would not hold up to daily use.

Honestly amazing. I had a medical bracelet that just had a couple words on it because the texts for those things, especially necklaces are really limited and wouldn’t let me put all that I needed to put. I found this while scrolling trying to find one that would work for me. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try, it’s AMAZING. It lets you know to try it on first and test it before setting up the QR code and password. It was the easiest set up ever. It has certain areas to put what you need to put in case of an emergency. Like important notes that they’ll need to see first when scanning the QR code, it allows you to add photos which I used to put pictures of my family in case they needed to know what they looked like to confirm they’re my family. It lets you put your doctors name, phone number, etc. blood type, diagnosis’s, past medical procedures, past diagnosis’s, medicines, life saving medicines on hand or that they might need, etc. It’s amazing and I’m glad I decided to buy it. They also sent me a email a couple days after I received it just to follow up and make sure everything was going well and that I liked it, they were kind and sincere in the email. As well as they added cute and also funny tiny gifs that show their effort in making sure everything is okay. You won’t regret buying this.

This product arrived on time. The only issue I have is the length of the chain. It is much to short for a male in my opinion. I did have to go buy a different one. Product was super easy to get set up and the make changes to information. I have scanned it myself and all relevant information pulls up without any issues. Item is heavy-duty and laser etched so no need to worry about it QR code wearing off. I highly recommend anyone with pertinent health issues get one of these either for yourself or loved one.

This is an awesome product. Husband has worn bracelets but prefers the pendant. It has all the pertinent medical and contact information by just scanning the QR Code. Also contains all his medications.

I am very pleased with this Alert necklace you can enter all your medical information that in an emergency medical staff can scan the QR code and everything they need to know is right there for them to read. I am steroid dependant and have to have a daily dose as my body does not produce it naturally, so it is important that I get this every day. In the event you were unable to tell someone you needed steroid the necklace will give the medical staff the info they require. I am happy to recommend this product.
