Just to let you know it is only one side no both sides but still love it

It's easy to install and working fine , Initially I was little skeptical of it works, but now it's been more than 3 weeks and it works perfectly with mobile phone. No need to manually roll the curtain. My wife is happy especially when in the morning we just have to use the phone to turn it on. Good product overall.

The media could not be loaded.  This thing was a pain and three days later— We give up! Finally got it to connect to the remote (forget the app it was impossible) and we got it on the rod, annoyingly. And nope— barely moves. I think the rod is too big even though it says it’s the right size. If you have a smaller rod and light curtains, enjoy the headache to set it up. We’ll be moving along!

The media could not be loaded.  It gets stuck at the joint where the curtain rod extends on our wide windows.The app will not find the device using BT and will only use 2.5g wireless. We use 5g so that's extra steps to create another network on my router.The motor does not stop when it feels resistance until it has struggled quite a bit...or at all.The included instructions are worthless and printed very tiny. You have to watch the video to figure out set up.Update...after days of trial and error, I realized our pool filter uses the same system on a newer app, working flawlessly. Ditched Truya and moved over to SmartLife app on 5g. Watched video again...which was helpful but still wrong on actual setup instructions that are not at all intuitive. Real instructions for double curtains - Set up each device on wifi...possible with newer app on 5g...then set up scene (mostly) per instructions for all panels to open, then 2nd scene to close and so on...repeat process. Next step- using timer scenes, attach scenes just created when prompted to set groups for timed opening/closing automatically per a set schedule. I'm still testing, but the pool filter has never failed to go on schedule. And now they are all accessible inside one app.Added several layers of EZ glide tape to extension rods to allow fluid movement and standardize rod size for consistent roller contact.Figuring out this app from their incomplete and micro sized type was much harder than necessary, but possible. Discovering there are other usable apps was by accident. The video was more helpful, but not full set of steps. We really needed these to work for our situation so I put on extra effort.The remotes work great for immediate control.... once you set up the app to calibrate desired movement. Nothing works without the app. I tried BT but it kept forgetting the connection...hence continued efforts for wifi. BT did allow for initial set up for panels to function properly linked to a single controller. BT failed for automation.

I bought two Automatic Curtain Opener Robots to help automate the opening/closing of two curtain panels I have hanging in my bedroom window. The product worked as advertised, although the app integration was problematic, with it many times being unresponsive, and would disconnect from the devices. I was not able to integrate the devices into Alexa(even though it said it did), use voice commands, and/or use the device app to create automation schedules, etc. As a result, I was forced to use the remote in a much reduced capacity I was hoping for. I even bought a smart home gateway device to see if I could other features to work. It was ineffective.On top of that, I recently purchased a new curtain rod and changed it out for the old one. Little did I foresee, the new rod's diameter is now too small and incompatible with the robots and won't work. I reached out to the manufacturer for possible solutions and/or workaround and only thing they did was to confirm that the robots were not compatible with the new rod size diameter. No solutions and/or workaround provided. Even though the advertisement and manual says nothing about size restrictions, I was told by manufacturer that it is actually only compatible with rods with a diameter of 22-35mm. The new curtain rod I had installed had a diameter of 5/8" or 15.875mm. Actually sent me a graphic displaying the compatible sizes that could be used.Needless to say, whole process as been disappointing, as item is advertised one way, but really doesn't do what it says its going to do. Also with the compatibility issues now, without any possible solutions from the manufacturer, makes this purchase a complete waste of money.

It works well. I can open or close my curtains or set up the time on my phone. But it's complicated if you need to control it by telling Alexa.

The surface is smooth and shiny, making it effortless to slide the curtain and looks like a good decoration to bathroom. The quality feels pretty and I will buy another set for another shower curtain.
