Used this product for some time. It's the only one that seems to help chronic wounds to heal, and reduce infection. No stinging or burning sensations when applied.

The healing power of this polymer is only moderate, so that to describe it as 'antibacterial', as some health professionals do, is stretching things a bit. It needs a dressing on top, because it is runny, but even Mepore dressings over it seem to slow up the healing process. However it does have some healing effect, so it is worth persevering with.

Este producto me a salvado la vida,tenia dos heridas post quirúrgicas enormes y profundas que no curaban. Gracias a este producto combinado con gasas impregnadas en parafina,mas una gasa normal encima. Va genial para curas humedas. La verdad me a salvado la vida.
