The battery worked well on my Dell laptop. Easy to install and set up. The only issue was the screw drivers - they were unreliable and weak - you may need to use other equipment to release existing battery

This is above and beyond what I expected. The battery fits perfectly and is functioning as it should. I would suggest getting the proper tools depending on your laptop model. The tools that come with it will work, but they are not the best quality and made me nervous to use.

This is for a Dell XPS 15 9560. The battery worked well when installed, & installation is easy if you're patient and careful - there are lots of screws. When the laptop cover is removed, photograph it for later reference, and clean dust out of the fans (a vacuum cleaner worked well). I had to modify the battery to fit, though. It's a narrow long battery, and the screw holes on the far end (far from the connector) and the two central holes did not line up with the threaded holes in the laptop. The battery was just a little too short. The error was only about 0.5 mm (.020") so I used a small rasp to file/make the holes larger. This is a common issue with long parts, and it could easily be fixed by the mfgr, by making the holes in the tabs either larger or oblong slots. I bought this battery because the OEM only marketed 3-cell replacements for this model. An OEM rep gave me a part number for a 6 cell replacement, but I thought that part number would not fit. Only 4.5 stars because I had to enlarge the holes.

Perfect fit for my laptop. Now holds a charge and lasts a reasonable amount of time. Probably not as long as an OEM battery, but for the price it works great.

So far so good after its 2nd cycle of calibration. I don't know if it's 'cause it's only gone 2 said cycles but it sorta dies after 2 hours or so. To be fair it could be my laptop's workload (then again I've mainly been using it to watch TV). Regardless, I'm remaining hopeful to see if anything will change after the 4th or 5th calibration cycle
