Just do it!
Previously my hair would never grow past a certain point . This has been a game changer for growing my hair long. Also improved my nail strength as I always had brittle nails that break.

Worth it!
So expensive, but after 6 months i am hooked. So much new growth I couldn’t put my hair up without products, and even then the wisps were crazy. I have read reviews that said these will hurt your stomach. So when I started, I slowly worked my way up to four pills a day. I think that helped and I had no stomach issues..

Super Expensive and taking 4 Pills vs 1 is a lot
This is expensive to purchase on a regular basis as it’s not feasible in a long term for consumers to buy it on a monthly basis unless you’re rich. Plus taking a four large pills it a lot vs one capsule. It feel nauseous when swallowing due to the size and lot of pils to take.
