This was a gift for my brother to aid tired muscles, it does the job!He likes the ease of use the spikes helps along with the 4 settings.. easy and convenient to use while watching tv. He puts it in his sport bag and use it as part of his warm up!Only be careful it can be a little noisy!

Bought this smaller device to add to my mobility equipment which already includes the larger Hyperice Hypersphere (green). This is much weaker/ less intense. It more like a buzzing mobility ball than a deeper vibration ball. It has a place but won't replace the larger, more powerful Hyperice.I believe it only powers off quickly if you're not moving around, as when I restart it and move it has stayed on longer. Easy to insert charger if you've paid attention to the location of the visually sealed hole.Overall fair value.
