It's not often you find a company that is actually customer friendly. Pawprint oxygen has been great. I bought this mask to go along with the oxygen concentrator I have in case she had a bad syncope episode and needed oxygen fast. The cage/tent that comes with the oxygen concentrators take about 10-15 mins to build up enough oxygen to be therapeutic, so this mask was meant for emergency situations. Unfortunately that day came, she had a bad episode, needed oxygen right away and I was afraid to put her in the oxygen cage/tent since we were visiting my family that keeps their house to warm and the tent would have been warm. I was able to hook her up to the mask and she had oxygen right away. Getting oxygen after an episode helps her recover much quicker and makes a big difference for her quality of life. My dog has even learned to "ask me" when she wants oxygen and is having a hard time. Pawprint Oxygen has always been very friendly when I've had to call in with questions. They always take time to go over anything I need, and have even sent me emails with breakdown of instructions. I definitely believe this is a great company, and they actually care about their product and the customer.

Fits and works well.

My 14-yr-old Maltese was recently diagnosed with laryngeal paralysis in addition to her collapsed trachea, making an oxygen tank a necessity. The emergency vet sent me home with a kit but the mask was too big for her. I ordered this one and it works perfectly and is more comfortable for her. Also, Pawprint’s customer service is second to none. I ordered additional tanks from their website and their customer service was prob the best, most helpful, and most proactive I’ve ever dealt with. Very satisfied with their products and their customer service.

Bought because my dog was anemic and having breathing problems Mask is easy to use and does not block the dogs vision, so anxiety is minimized. Helped my dog return to breathing normal and provided an oxygen boost to my dog. Made her last days more comfortable.

Go for the more expensive ones. I tried to save money with this and it’s a piece of junk

I almost lost my dog who has collapsing trachea and CHF when he had an episode and couldn’t get air in. I rushed him to the vet just in time and they saved him. They recommended I get him an oxygen setup. These are heavy duty, high quality masks. The first I received had a tear, but it was quickly replaced. It was my mistake I have a small bulldog and ended up not needing it . I was going to take it on a plane and animal oxygen is not cleared by the FAA . it covered her entire head lol . The large is Great for a large breed like German Shepard or any large breed

I think maybe they need to adjust their size descriptions a bit. Large is a little large for our 35-ish dog, I feel that medium may have been fine. It seems well made, I like the design but I have no idea how to get the smell of pine-sol out of it. Smelled it as soon as I took it out of the box and no matter what we wash it with or how often, once it dries it smells like pine. Our dog is not impressed and after a few minutes is struggling to get out of it. I can't stand it either. I'm going to try a baking soda paste tonight but can't take the time to return it and get another as she is in dealing with lung cancer and needs her O2 boosts on a regular basis.
