Very effective in pain relief specifically when warmed up for 1 min and very easy to use with fitting perfectly and no leakage and advance flexibility.

Good stuff Frezes cold enough but still a bit soft to wrap around the back. 10-15 minutes keeps it cool, enough time for a bit a pain relief

These have been really useful after surgery. Freeze really quickly. They're a good size. Worked well for pain relief. Good value for money. I haven't yet used them hot.

OK didn't last long tho but worked fora bit then it pop

The quality of these packs are fantastic which I didn't expect for the price, I pop them in the freezer for an hour and they are cold enough but stay flexible so your able to bend it to any curve, I've bought them to help bring down the swelling from hand surgery. It's great that I have a 2 pack because I'll also be using them for hot and cold therapy once I start my physio.

So handy to keep in freezer for when needed. Does a good job.
