Amazing product and customer service. The seller contacted me and informed me that there are gonna be 9 boxes all together, he also sent me the tracking numbers for each. A week after they called and asked if everything is okey and if I’m satisfied with the couch. The product and the service are great.

I don’t usually post reviews but for anyone looking for recommendations and wondering if you should purchase, all signs point to YES. I was skeptical because of the high price tag and wondering about material, comfortability and would it be hard to put together but all of my worries were put to ease when I got my delivery surprisingly only 4-5 days after i ordered it. The sturdiness, comfort, the way each piece connects to one another makes this well worth the price of admission. I’m 100% happy with my purchase.

I researched a ton of sofas for my small one bedroom apartment. I was particularly interested in the functionality of the modular sofa. So I settled on this sofa because of the cost and color.For the most part the sofa is decent. 6-7 boxes were all delivered on the same day, although I though they would be delivered in pieces. Each piece of the sofa is delivered with a screw driver so I have 6 screw drivers! Pretty simple to put together (or so my son says).The issues that I have is that this sofa is FIRM/HARD. I am little disappointed because I wanted a much softer sofa. The color is much darker than I thought it would be. I had hoped for a brighter teal color which isn't a deal breaker.Depending on how you would like for your sofa to look, you WILL need to purchase additional pieces. I have yet to sleep on it and will update my review once I have purchased a mattress topper.Overall: This sofa is about 7/10. If you are looking for a cost effective, functional sofa for a small space, this works. If you like FIRM/HARD sofas, this works. If you are expecting a brighter color, you may not want to purchase this color. *Will update after 3 months!

Comfortable couch and easy to put together. One of the pieces had a tear in the fabric but the company has offered to replace it.Update: we received the replacement within a week of emailing them. Great customer service!

We could not be happier!We moved into our 27ft travel trailer full time last summer, and I'm still working.After ditching the dinette and replacing with a nice desk (also purchased on Amazon), we purchased this modular set to replace the hide-a-bed sofa.Not only does everything look much nicer, and tidier, our layout gives us more sitting space...AND MUCH NEEDED STORAGE!! Each interchangeable section and ottoman (4 in total) has easy access storage - lack of storage space has been my biggest challenge.And did I mention that it is very comfortable as well? It is!We definitely recommend this for RV options - and, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! The shipment arrived 4 days EARLY!Thank you, Belffin US!!!

We generally love our sofa but mostly the cost of it, that it was delivered and we love that we can move the pieces around. We love using this as a bed sometimes and we sleep really well on it.However, in order to enjoy the sofa to sleep on I ended up getting a memory foam and feather topper to add extra comfort, which was perfect in the end but the sofa on it's own isn't that comfortable. The biggest issue is how easily it gets shredded by cats scratching it. So we got blankets to cover it and use tape to stop the cats from scratching but when they do scratch it the fabric shreds, just these long threads come out.We're happy in the end but next time we might go for a more expensive sofa that doesn't require padding.ps. I also really thought the color was more of a charcoal than a black but it's definitely black.
