Buen Funcionamiento, compatible con Apple Home, me cambiaron el Modem mi Compañía de internet y desde ahí he tenido un poco de problema para controlarlo con Apple Home pero con su app funcionan correctamente, siento que es mas bien que me ponga un día a borrar y reiniciar los dispositivos para volver a configurarlos Correctamente

Tapo branded products are some of the best in the consumer market these days. Their price point is pretty good for multiple purchase to cover the various areas of the home. The plug itself is simple to use, basically a plug-and-play for the device and a simple installation of the app from the App store. The plug is also small and non-invasive, so it doesn't take too much space on the wall outlet, compared to other plug-in switches. The app itself is simple to use to turn on and off the plug on-demand, or you can set timers and schedules for automation. Since this is a Tapo, the app can control other Tapo products like cameras and fixed-in light switches, which makes it simply an all-in-one control center.

I initially struggled with setting up these smart plugs, even though I’m relatively “techie”. I purposely bought the ones that work with the Apple HomeKit, not realizing I didn’t NEED the Apple HomeKit in order for them to work. I tried setting them up through the (Apple HomeKit) app, and nothing was working. I finally realized that unless you want to coordinate a lot of different devices and features, you don’t need to use HomeKit. (If you do want to use Apple HomeKit, you need to set them up through the Tapo app first.) Went to the Tapo app and easily set up multiple plugs for things like air filters, a fountain, and grow lights for my plants. All I wanted them for was to turn lights, etc., off and on at specific times. I’m not even using the HomeKit app, in fact I deleted it, and everything is working perfectly.

I had 2 of these plugged in and programmed in about 5 minutes. The quality is nice. They are easy to use, with some app setup, but not too complicated. One is on a daily timer, the other is controlled by voice. Timer functions flawlessly, and has not lost wifi connection. Using my phone as remote control via voice, is so convenient for my bed side lamp.

Es muy practico tener contactos inteligentes. Normalmente enciendo los que requiero y apago los que no se necesitan por el momento, esto para ahorrar energía eléctrica. Los uso también para prender y apagar lamparas cuando no estoy en mi casa para que parezca que hay alguien en casa. No he explorado si tienen temporizadores, pero hay funciones que permiten administrarlos con un reloj, solo que aun no he llegado a ese punto, solo el modo manual. Faciles de configurar y practicos. Recomendados para comenzar a utilizar "Smart Things".
