I love this pillow. I suffer from migraines and this is very helpful. 15 minutes once a day and I can feel my neck and shoulder tension melt away. I thought about buying the whole mat to but this neck pillow is the most useful. I lay on a yoga mat with this pillow and relax. Perfect for pain relief. Fabric is durable and I am not worried about the spikes coming out.

I read an article that praised ShaktiMat, and its efficacy in easing neck or back pain and aiding sleep. I decided to take a chance on it. When I first unrolled it and tested the spikes with my hand, I thought there was no way I was going to be able to lie on it in anything approaching comfort. Sure enough, my first time easing my back onto it was pretty sharply uncomfortable, but only for about 10 seconds. The sharpness very quickly resolved into warmth not unlike a sunburn. I was in no hurry to get off it when my initial 10 minute session was over. The second time I used it, I fell asleep on it. I've had it for a month now, and I never skip my nightly ritual. I think it has significantly loosened up my neck tension, and it is definitely helping me sleep better. Highly recommended.

I had been going through other brands with a similar neck pillow but the foam pillow inside would lose it's integrity in a few months and become useless. I use this pillow almost every night before bed and sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night. It has strong spikes that take some getting used to but the relief is enormous. Highly recommend for a few extra bucks to get one that will last.

I ordered this because I had been giving acupuncture a try Becuase I deal with a lot of upper back nerve pain and acupuncture has been working but I can’t afford to go frequently. So I decided to order this to try out and see if it helps my pain on a daily bases. I received it in the mail and that night I tried out this pillow on my neck shoulders area and maybe a couple seconds of discomfort and then you really just sink right into the pillow. After a few more minutes you can tell your blood starts to flow better in your body and your body becomes warm. After the 20 minutes I got up and I had so much relief on my upper back nerve pain inbetween shoulders and spine. My nerve pain was gone and no more tightness. My body felt more calm and relaxed and not as tense. Just from one use so I’m making this apart of my nightly routine. I can’t wait to get the mat in the mail to try that out as well! Highly recommend this for pain relief!

First product that actually got rid of neck knots/base of skull knots without violently rolling them out like a baker going through a bitter custody battle. Long hair isn’t an issue. 6’ male, hair to middle of back.

I purchased this with the Shakti mat and found that I like to use the mat by itself rolled up under my neck rather than using the pillow. However, it works great if you use it on different areas of your body. Think arms and legs. A little pillow that is easily positional for wherever you need it. Happy I purchased it and found new ways to use it.

I love the way this digs into my neck muscles, it took no time at all for me to get used to the sharpness. Now I don't really notice, it just feels good. After laying on it for several minutes my neck starts to feel better. I use it anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Along with the body mat it gets so relaxing I don't feel like getting up. Muscles are definitely less tense after a session with this.

I use this pillow in conjunction with the mat and love it. It contours to my neck well and really relieves tension after working out. I’m very thankful for this product!

初めは強い刺激を感じますが、ここで辞めたらもったいないです。数回すると心地よい温かさを感じるようになり、１週間もすればリラックスした状態で眠りにつくこともできます。 ただし、使用開始時の独特の匂いは気になりますね。数回天日干ししたらマシになり、１週間もしたら匂いは消えました。興味のある方は、ぜひ試してみることをおすすめします。
