A fantastic thermocouple data logger
Great piece of hardware with software that works on macOS flawlessly! If you're looking for a way to record temperatures and have that data logged on a macOS computer this is the way to go. I was worried the software would be old and not work on the latest macOS, Catalina, but it installed and worked with no problems.

Easy to use
Use this at work for testing engines. Easy and straight forward to use. The software comes with a tutorial that can train someone to use it within a half hour. Can set your sample rate, test duration, alarms, ect. and output to a rich text which can be pasted into excel. Sure beats hand writing measurements with a single input meter! The only change I made to mine was to wrap it in foam to protect it from vibrations and the shop environment.

Great datalogger, check price at Pico Technology first though.
I have used several of these in my lab for over 2 years now and have never had any sort of issue with them. They setup easily and the software is pretty straight forward. However, if you are thinking of purchasing this I would check the Pico Technology website before buying here. At the time I wrote this review Pico Technology was selling them for $409, normal price.
