Really Good Quality Supplement
This is really good quality — you can tell it’s a well-made supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any strong aftertaste, which is always a plus. I also like that it’s organic and Soil Association certified, which gives a bit more confidence in what you’re taking. It feels like a good, natural option for supporting overall wellbeing and balance. Everything about it — from the packaging to the capsules themselves — feels well thought out. Overall, a solid, high-quality supplement that’s easy to incorporate into your routine.

Certified organic Shatavari with clean credentials
If you’re after a supplement that feels as close to the Ayurvedic roots as you’ll find on the UK high street, this Shatavari from Ayurvediq ticks most of the right boxes. Shatavari, or Asparagus racemosus, has a long-standing reputation in Ayurveda for supporting hormone balance, vitality, and even breast milk production, and it’s refreshing to see a product that keeps things simple: just 500mg of pure, organic powder per vegan capsule, with no fillers or binders lurking in the mix. The Soil Association Organic badge isn’t just a sticker – it means the whole supply chain is audited for purity, sustainability, and traceability, which is a real reassurance if you’re wary of mystery ingredients or questionable sourcing. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and, unlike some herbal supplements, don’t leave any odd aftertaste. I found them gentle on the stomach. What caught me out was the dosing: while 500mg is a sensible starting point, most expert sources suggest 500-1000mg per day for noticeable results, especially for hormone or lactation support. That means if you’re taking two a day, this bottle only lasts a month, so the value calculation changes quickly. Compared to cheaper, unbranded powders, you’re paying for the organic certification and capsule convenience – no gritty mixing or guesswork – while pricier standardised extracts might offer more consistent potency, but at a steeper price and sometimes with added excipients. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to fit into a daily routine, and the peace of mind from the Soil Association logo is hard to overstate. The main catch is the need to restock more often if you’re aiming for the higher end of the recommended dose. For anyone looking for a clean, trustworthy Shatavari supplement with a nod to tradition and modern quality standards, this is a strong contender. I’d peg it at a solid 4 stars – not perfect, but a cut above most of what’s out there.

A traditional herb. Would recommend further research
This is clearly a traditional ayurvedic herb, research is a little more difficult to find but I would strongly recommend this with any supplement that you take. It is expensive and I cannot speak to its purity. But has the appropriate labels to suggest it is carefully created. I haven't noticed a massive difference myself in any way - but again, this can be hard to tell with most supplements. A very interesting supplement though for which my research continues. I am taking it daily. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Herbal supplements
Shatavari, also known as Asparagus racemosus, is a traditional herb that has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to promote overall health and well-being. Some potential benefits of Shatavari include: Supports female reproductive health. Boosts lactation. Supports digestion. Improve immune function. May have anti-inflammatory properties. Shatavari has been used for centuries as a traditional medicine. I recommend more for female. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before taking any herbal supplements.

Vegan and organic
Pleased about these as it is Organic and also vegan. I suppose you already did some research about the benefits of this supplement so I won't elaborate on that. I can say that I did not have any adverse reactions and I could swallow it with ease. A good product that is worth its price.

Added piperin
Shatavari is said to be great at boosting the immune system and can help balance hormones. I've tried various supplements by Ayurvediq before and found them to be of good quality. From the dark glass bottles to the aesthetically pleasing packaging. I like the fact that these capsules don't contain any fillers and are of a decent strength. 120 capsules can provide up to a 4 month supply depending on the desired dosage.
