Are the glases heavy?

Yes. Just the right size and weight. I love them, they're really pretty and feel good in your hand.

What happens if you put them in the dishwasher?

I am assuming they would be okay because they are so heavy duty but honestly I don't use a dishwasher so I cannot be certain.

Are these 13oz or 10oz? Special feature says 13 oz multiple times.
