Simply One of the Best Knives Ever Designed
I've carried one of these CRKT K.I.S.S knives on my person every day for almost 8 years. I've gone through about half a dozen of them in that time, but that's more of a reflection of my ability to lose or break things than it is of the construction or quality of the tool. The small form factor keeps it out of the way when it's on a belt or clipped to a pocket. The belt clip is strong and solid, I've never had one so much as loosen up let alone fall off, and it clips hard enough that it never lets the knife slide side to side without making it too difficult to remove or replace. It's aesthetically beautiful in my opinion. The simplicity of the design and the sharp [in more ways than one] angular tanto style blade are stunning. Any time I pull it out in front of someone or if they see me use it they always ask about it or mention that it's cool. You get used to it after a while. These are awesome gifts too, not too expensive, but high quality and high utility value. I got one for my Dad's birthday [he kept commenting on how much he liked mine] and now he's carried one almost every day for years. My little brother followed suite, and you get the idea. It's not the only knife you'll ever need, but it's awesome for 90% of most people's use cases. A couple of notes: The blade lock is part of the handle, so if you grip the handle too hard while using it, you run the risk of squeezing the lock open and closing the blade on your hand. This also means it's not a good knife for prying purposes, which is true of almost every knife, but this one is less tolerant than most. The single-edged blade also presents sharpening challenges. You can get special sharpeners for single-edged blades, DO NOT use a normal blade sharpener on this knife. In my experience, I usually lose or destroy these knives before they get anywhere near too dull to be useful. I'm really hard on knives, so your mileage my vary.

Great Knife that catches the eye
I love love love this little knife! The only drawback is that it is only for right-handed people! I am left-handed and this cannot be adapted in any way to make it comfortable (or even safe) for a left-handed deployment. So, this knife is NOT for me, but I still love it. The action is smooth and the blade opens easily with a flick of the (right) thumb) and (right) wrist with a satisfying click! The lock is secure and easy to get to, but NOT easy to accidently unlock and get yourself hurt. Being a frame lock, it is very secure and, unlike with a liner lock, you don't tend the cut the top off of your thumb when closing it. This is more of a conversation piece than a daily carry knife, but it certainly catches the eye and holds the attention. It is a quality piece and I'm happy to have it in my collection of "interesting" blades. Certainly, I would buy it again!

Great EDC knife
I have been carrying one of these for about 15-20 years and decided it was about time for another. They are great for EDC on a key chain. Small enough to fit in the pocket, but tough enough to do some good cutting. I little funky to sharpen until you realize it has a normal apex, just offset 90-10

Great Lil Knife, don't squeeze it
This is vert sharp and overall useful. But don't hold the handle too tightly. If you do, you'll squeeze the handle, which unlocks the blade, which means it can fold up on you. Chances are you don't want that.

So good, I've ordered it 3 times.
I can't seem to keep one of these, though it isn't the knifes fault. The clip is seriously one of the best I've ever used for a small pocket knife. I love the simple and effective design. The first one I had was the half-serrated unit, which is great, but I have been buying the normal bladed one so I can sharpen it myself more easily. The size of this knife lends itself well to almost everything you need a small knife for. It is easy to handle. I love the locking mechanism. It's not a knife you can abuse, though, as you CAN slip a grip and tear your fingers up if you really try hard enough, but you have to be particularly idiotic to do that. I've never cut the hand I've held it in. Overall, for the price, I've tried a few other knives and this one has the best balance of features, price and quality. I'll likely keep replacing it as I almost inevitably loose them. The reason why I give it only four stars is that I find that the edge isn't as durable as some other knives I've had, and it will eventually loosen up and rattle a tad. It's not perfect, but darn good, hence the 4-star rating.

Great Utility Knife
I really like this knife. For being a minimalist knife it's suprisingly stout. The knife is a beefy .12" inches thick, as is the steel frame/lock. The clip on the back is wide and sturdy as well. My first impression is the lock up is solid, but not meant for heavy duty use, like prying, stabbing, torquing etc. exactly as the instructions imply. But that's not what I bought it for. Match the tool to the job as they say... I'm only going to use it as a box/letter opener and I'm quite impressed with it. For instance, I would much rather carry this knife then say a Gerber 22-41830 EAB Pocket Knife, Exchange A Blade , a minimalist knife that uses razor blades instead of a conventional edge. Lastly, I agree with reviewer B. Rogers that the knife is probably best carried in a sheath to prevent it from opening accidentally if you carry it in your pocket. I think I'm going to carry it in the "small 5th pocket" inside of the front right pocket of my jeans, or on my belt between the belt and my jeans to prevent it from opening. CRKT also stands behind their knives (Lifetime warranty and Free replacement parts) Overall a lot of knife in a little package.

CRKT c'est avant tout du matériel sérieux, un couteau discret par sa taille et efficace par sa qualité. La lame "tanto " très épaisse et biseautée peu déconcerter mais il n en reste pas moins un excellent produit.
