My KBTower step ladder was delivered on time and packed perfectly!!! It was easy to assemble as the majority of the ladder was already put together! The ladder is made well and is very sturdy! It is great for older people and anyone who is aware of how easy it is to step wrong and fall! The wider steps and the arm rails are a great safety feature! The tool tray at the top is also a nice feature! I am looking forward to decorating my Christmas tree this year! I highly recommend the HB Tower step ladder!

We recently moved into a different home and the step ladder I had just was not quite tall enough for what I needed. This works great. I love that is has handles and that there is a place to set stuff that I might need while using it. It was very easy to assemble, and it is very sturdy.

Great ladder used now for several years The handrails make all the difference for adding steadiness as I climb up to change bulbs. Heavy enough to feel stable but as a 74 women I can carry it around albeit slowly!

The ladder issturdy, with nice, wide steps that fit my whole foot. When I first assembled it and tried it for the first time, I nearly pulled it over by using the handles. The handles made my the center of gravity too far back. I removed the handles so my hands grasp the front rail on the steps. This was enough to make it very stable. The height is good, and with the tall front handle railing, I feel pretty secure even on the upper steps.

Nice solid step ladder. Very Easy to put together. Because it is solid and large, it is heavy to move and bulky to store. It's manageable but would not want to carry it up and down stairs regularly. I'm a woman in my 50s and in a few years might be difficult to move around on my own but that's the tradeoff for a solid, safer feeling step ladder.

Very sturdy well made ladder. Handrails make me feel much more secure when using it.

I'm almost 70 years old and love the HB Tower Ladder. I've gone through a remodel and now I'm clearing out more than 40 years of stuff collected over the years. My husband passed 6 years ago and I haven't even attempted cleaning out those tops shelfs in kitchen and closets. You see my husband was over 6 foot and he would reach it for me instead of me getting on a step ladder. I'm just barely 5'1". Now I'm able to easily get to those top shelfs and feel safe and my younger siblings no longer worry so much about me climing on a ladder. Before they would urge me to call them if I was determine to get on a step ladder so they could call 911. The ladder was very easy to put together and I've been busy spring cleaning. With this ladder I feel comfortable reaching those high areas knowing I have something to hold on. The only thing is I wished is the railing would fold in and out and lock in place for it is so wideOt it is hard to find a place to put it. Other than that the ladder is perfect. Maybe they well look into upgrading the ladder.

Generally good but a little bulky. Missing the upper hole to attach the handrails. Did not get a response from seller.

It’s good , sturdy and safe

Solid purchase. Great for use a round the home, pretty lightweight so you can easily negotiate it around as you use it in different spots. Fairly sturdy in its design and I felt comfortable up on the last step, and I hate heights. The rails are quite handy too. All in all, very happy with this.

We have a lot of ladders, but none do what this one does: it gives us great height, with solid footing and side and top support. It's a fantastic ladder - more like a mini-staircase. We have recently put in some very high shelving (our ceilings are 9+ feet), and we are seniors, so we needed a solid, portable ladder that doesn't require a lot of storage space (and didn't cost the earth). This one checks all the boxes. We feel very secure even at the top, where we can easily reach our highest shelves, ceiling fixtures, curtain rods and picture railings. We are really impressed with how solid this ladder is, and we're delighted to have found it.
