Desktop Calculator, Basic Standard Function Desk Calculators 12 Digit with Large LCD Display, Solar and Battery Dual Power for Office, School, Home (Black)

This is a very basic calculator but it's exactly what I need since I am terrible with numbers. Looks decent and the price was right. I like that the numbers are large since I recently had an eye injury and I can't see as well as I used to. It's a great little tool!

Is a good size, is level (I don’t like calculators that are not level when I type on them), and the color goes well with my desk accessories.

This basic standard function desk calculator has been a reliable tool for my office and home. The large LCD display and dual power options (solar and battery) make it convenient to use. The calculator performs all essential calculations with ease, and the white color adds a clean and modern touch. It's a practical and functional addition to any workspace.

I had an old calculator for about 10 years and decided to order another one to have in the office as a back up, for when it finally goes. Once the new one arrived and I pulled it out of the box, it just looked and felt cheap, something from the dollar store. Its almost like a lego style boxy plastic, but the issue for me is the screen is unreadable and the angle is to low, making it extremely hard to see. I have to hold it under the desk to see it. I would save your money on this one.

Updated: I'm downgrading this review from 3 to 2 stars, because I experienced wild inaccuracies using this calculator. This is due to the keys not working properly when it's held in my hand or on a surface that's not perfectly even. I had discovered issues with it as described below in my original review:While the price isn't high, neither is the value. The back to this calculator doesn't fit precisely, making clicking sounds when I hold it normally in my hand. This isn't the worse thing about it. The display is highly reflective and lacks definition, making the numbers significantly more difficult to read than any handheld calculator I've ever had.Clearly some corners were cut in the production of this device, I feel. Otherwise, this calculator appears so far to be good. It performs the calculations alright. The keys are big. Nevertheless, the problems that are easily apparent on the one I received. That's why I cannot recommend this except as a discount item.

A good calculator that suits my preferences. Some others might feel differently about it, but I like that the buttons are bulky and easy to press. The screen is a reasonable size with it also being readable. Functions well as a simple calculator.
