This is the BRAIN RESTORER and BRAIN IMPROVER that really works in just a few months you are really improving.

Although the capsules are large, they don't bother me for swallowing. Many of my friends have trouble with that so my initial reaction on opening the jar was "Wow -- those dudes are BIG!". There is no taste to them, so no problem there. Can't judge the effectiveness until I have taken them for a while. One of the things I read was that this supplement is good for burning fat in various places - particularly the liver, but also under the skin and belly fat. I'm in for trying it since there were not any ill side effects I could see. I will try to remember to report back after taking them for a period of time. I'm old and have cellulite that I want to go away. Exercising hasn't eliminated it, so we will try this supplement even though I am not quite sure I can pronounce it properly. LOL

This is purely anecdotal, but I’ve been taking these for 3 months and have found my recall is much better and I do my puzzles faster. They are large, but my husband, who has a strong gag reflex, still finds he can swallow them because they have a slippery capsule (we swish them around our mouths for a couple seconds to help activate the slipperiness). I’m not claiming health benefits, I can just tell you I feel the effectiveness for myself. Of course, I don’t know if it actually contains the strength the label states, but it’s a good value for the money and I’m going to keep taking them.

I have no issue with swallowing pills. I can usually take 4 at a time. BUT this. I can't swallow. They are not coated so they get stuck on the back of my tounge. I need to chop them into small pieces.

Great price, I really enjoy the quality and the amount of phosphatdyl choline in each capsule compared to other brands. Will be buying this every month from now on 👍

Carlyle products never fail me. I also like the packaging it's easy on the eyes. A quality brand without the high cost. I trust them. I'm taking phosphatidyl choline and serine for memory and to ward off dementia as I age.
