The Chair came fully assembled, works well . You will need help , at least 2 men it’s about 297 lb’s !! They do not carry it into your , we knew that and prepared for that, it’s VERY HEAVY!!!! Measure the opening of your door . That is Very important ! and any thing it could get caught on like a storm door set up etc. So far we are enjoying it. Read the other reviews, and it is alittle rough on the lower back just as some of them said. We put a layer of foam in the lower back area, that helps . Looks very nice, it does take up a lot of space. Which we expected.

Good massage chair, using it for last one plus year happy with the purchase.

Beautiful product arrived on time but the delivery set up took a while. The chair worked great for one week then the rollers had to be replaced. The customer service has been tremendous. But it has been a little over 60 days and we are waiting to enjoy our chair to the fullest! On the lighter note please understand WE and all of the people that come by absolutely LOVE the chair WE just want it to be completely error free. But in this economy I don't think that exists!!

First of all, been using it for a few months, it's a fine massage chair but on the rough side that you might need to get used to. Look up Titan Arco HD for more fair reviews. The bad rating is because of the dimension picture is aboslutely wrong, so the chair now stays at the living room that I don't want it to be. I bought this chair because it said it's 29" wide which should fit a corridor opening to move it into my bedroom. No, it's wider than that. Attached the picture of the dimension printed on the box (it's not box dimension as I've measured to confirm the devliery box size) and my actual measurement is at least 31" side panel to side panel. The chair came preassembled, which is a good thing for some people, so there is no obvious way to take the side panels off (and in fact, the sides and back seems to be one piece). Contacted the customer service, they said it's preassembled and cannot take the panel off. I can't believe that is true, otherwise, how do their technicians do repair under warranty? If you have a tight opening or door to go through, get a chair that can take the side panels off. Here are more thoughts on it: 1. The back rollers and all airbags are definitely strong which I prefer. You can put some blanket or cushion to make a massage chair weaker but you can't make a weaker chair to be stronger. 2. The seat is narrow. Don't expect to fit comfortably if you're like 200lbs or 6' tall. 2. The calf roller is pretty much for show. It can barely touch your calf back. 3. The airbigs for the calf sides and feet are very strong. They tighly clamp on your leg and feet. I like that but my wife does not. 4. The bluetooth speaker quality is below average, better to use a headphone.

I received this chair a few days ago and so far it's great. Delivery was a day late, but the disappointment isn't worth changing the rating. This chair is 300lbs, so it was tough getting it upstairs into my apartment, but it was nothing a shower then a message on this chair couldn't make up for. The chair seems solid and is easy to adjust without having to turn on the massage, so I also use it as a very comfortable chair while gaming or watching TV. It has only been a few days, but I'll update the review if any surprises pop up. --- Update a couple of weeks later: A tip... don't use it too many times, too soon. Get your body used to it first, or you will feel pain. I use it 2-3 times a day now with no problems. When I first got it though, I was using it 5-7 times a day and it hurt my lower back, then I found out why when I looked for ways to remedy it.

Works great, helped with a few family members back pain. Personally I love how strong the massage is but for some a bit of cushion might be needed. The reson i took 2 stars off was because after more than a year one of the parts snapped and the chair was useless. The welding on it was poorly done had to take the part to a professional welder to fix it and get the chair properly running again.

Love the chair. I should have bought one long ago. I would suggest start using it at a lower adjustment because it can be intense until your body gets use to it. Customer service is great.

Excellent quality, great fit, good comfort, could use a little more padding. Looks great and performs perfect.
