essie Original Nail Polish, 249 go ginza, Pale Purple Nail Polish, 13.5 ml

I was initially skeptical as most light colour nail polishes will look so white and washed out on me. After a lot of research on tiktok lol, I picked Lilacism. This came out so beautifully! I definitely recommend it for brown skin and warm under-toned, as it is not too light nor not too bright of a shade. It has the right amount of colour imo, to wear it like a nude shade. This will be so perfect for spring/summer or tbh any season really. The colour was not so thick yet so smooth and not streaky, very fluid and easy to apply. I applied only 1 coat and it was enough. I sealed it off with Essie's gel couture top coat for a gel-like finish.

Essie is a good quality nail polish. Easy to apply and no streakiness. Nice consistency and dries fairly quickly. Good value for money I think.

Gorgeous pale lavender colour. The only drawback is you have to put 2-3 coats on so you don’t get a subtle look.

Beautiful colour really subtle. Lasted quite well.

Lovely shade and stay well

This is 3 layers of the Ballet Slippers shade. You have to layer it up to get it even and streak-less. I still think it looked cute with just 1 layer as I like the sheer look, but for those who want pigment you’ll have to triple layer. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because it seems to be more tan/beige coloured on the advertisement, but in reality it’s more pinkish. Not exactly the colour I wanted but it’s close enough and still cute! It’s mostly white with a very subtle pale pink tone.

The nail polish is really thick ( old?) and does shades. I had another colour from this brand and I keep coming back. Very disappointed with quality of the product.

Dies ist mein zweiter Lack von Essie und ich muss sagen, dass sich der Preis für dieses Produkt echt lohnt. Er hält viel länger als die normalen Lacke. Ich bin begeistert und werde mir noch weitere bestellen. Die Farbe ist toll und nicht zu grell und aufdringlich. Trocknet schnell! Habe mir aber auch der HP von Essie genau durchgelesen wie lange man die jeweiligen Schichten trocknen lassen soll. Dann hält es echt knapp eine Woche (mit Überlack). Noch länger wäre toll aber es ist so schon praktisch.
