Picked this up in August as the school were very particular about the exact model required. It’s pink, it’s scientific, and it ticks the box on the supply list. Time will tell once my daughter actually starts using it properly at school, but being Casio I’ve got no real worries – they seem to be the king of calculators. Build quality feels solid enough, buttons are clear and responsive, and the display’s easy to read. Nothing flashy, just a straightforward, reliable calculator that should see her through her classes without issue. If the teachers are happy and Casio’s name is on it, that’s usually good enough for me.

This calculator is very easy to use as long as you are accustomed to using a scientific calculator. If you are not accustomed to using a scientific calculator, it will take some time to get used to. But it’s great overall and the pastel pink color is just so pretty.
