This is an amazing product and has really given me a boost to my metabolism! I’m a night shift worker and always felt tired constantly but since taken these I feel amazing and back to my normal self again! Solgar are the market leaders in Vitamins so I knew that it was a great brand anyway! Honestly you must give these a go and see the benefits yourself!

These are my absolute favorite, my nails , hair and skin always see a massive difference when I'm on them , I've tried so many vitamins and stuck to these for the benefits I can see they do make my urine bright yellow but its nothing dangerous to worry about and my stomach can tolerate them aswell .

I bought this for my dad who kept getting a cold. After making some change to his diet and taking the supplement, his cold has gone. Previously, he tried another multi vitamin with no success. This is an excellent multi-vitamin suplement.

Got these because of good reviews. My health has been suffering lately with tiredness and fatigue , I actually feel worse after taking these then I did before. Not a good product for me at all. Costly also.

I haven't rated Pain Relief because I'm not in pain. Originally bought these as an Energy boast & found they helped a 75 young man. However since my hospitalisation for Covid I've found they don't give me that boost as before. It could be that I am suffering from Long Covid & it's going to be a while to get back to normal.

It's difficult which star rating to give because on one hand I feel these are the best quality multi vits, but on the other hand trying to swallow them is really, really bad. It's rare I don't have an issue. They either go in sideways which hurts, or I gag so bad I have to fight to not vomit. It's awful having to take them. If I could find an equal, I'd drop these straight away.

Un clásico de Solgar: multivitamínico con una combinación amplia de vitaminas y minerales en dosis equilibradas. Aporta sensación de energía sostenida y está fabricado con estándares de calidad altos. Los comprimidos son grandes, lo que puede resultar incómodo de tragar para algunas personas. El precio es superior a opciones genéricas, pero se paga la confianza en la marca. Conclusión: recomendable para quien busca un suplemento sólido y de calidad contrastada. No apto para quienes tengan problemas para ingerir pastillas grandes.

Tras un periodo de tomar antibióticos muy potentes me quedé agotada sin energía y al cabo de unos dos a tres días de comenzar a tomar estas vitaminas noté un gran mejoría. Piendo tomarlas unos 3 meses y descansar. La única pega es que la orina se vuelve muy amarilla pero imagino que será normal visto la composición. Lo recomiendo.
