This tastes amazing. Not too sweet and very refreshing, I've tried other flavours, powder alternatives, other brands and I always come back to this product! Perfect boost to my workouts and no crash. Taste: Like a rainbow! Energy level: Pumped up without the feeling of early onset cardiac arrest.

Great product, great value for money considering these retail in gyms for £2.50-3.50 a can

I purchased the 'fruit candy' flavour so my review is of that. The taste is pleasant enough but more sublte than expecting - its hard to describe, mayber something like a weaker version of the kind of 'generic fruit flavour' you get in fruit pastilles etc. In terms of ingredients and effficacy, it definitely worked for me. The level of caffeine isn't outrageous but I prefer not to have too much caffeine since it does make me edgy over a certain level rather than give me more energy. The inclusion of beta-alanine etc is at decent levels and I could feel the effect from that. I perhaps wish the can was a little larger, say 500ml similar to cans of Monster, Reign etc, but other than that no real complaints, and would buy again.

I used to use the powdered version before finding about the canned ABE. There's no fiddling around with the dosage with the cans and this fruit candy flavour in particular taste great.
