Helpful Workbook to Learn Social Skills
I have often felt that I don't understand how to read people. This workbook is helpful as a sort of "outside in" approach using visual cues, body language and helpful techniques to "act as if" until it becomes more of a conditioned response. I imagine other neurodiverse folks may also gain something from this.

As expected for a workbook
This book is arranged like a typical workbook. Each chapter has a chapter summary, set of questions, additional background, key takeaways, etc. If you're not interested in reading "Read People Like a Book" but you'd like to know the highlights, this workbook could also be read as a brief standalone summary book.

Helpful
This book is a powerful tool for gaining a deeper understanding of the people around you and why they behave the way they do. It offers valuable insights that can help you develop your skills in reading others. However, it's important to note that the real work in building this skill is up to you. While the book can provide a solid foundation, it's ultimately up to you to put these insights into practice and hone your ability to read people effectively. So if you're looking to become more attuned to the people in your life, this book is a great place to start - but be prepared to do the work to truly master this skill.

A good workbook
This book gives insights into how to read, motivate and evaluate people through their behavioral patterns. I liked how the summaries are written as it invokes a deeper understanding of how the human mind conceives and interacts. A handy book to learn how to assess the human condition.

Things to Consider in Body Reading
There is a lot of information to unpack from this book. It does cover various handful of verbal and non-verbal actions into consideration. It also talks on the of the psychology on matters like the "inner child" and how people tend to respond or react to this when it acts up.

Thought Provoking Exercises
A companion workbook for Read People Like a Book, I found it to be very well written. The exercises go deep into the source material and give you an excellent way to develop those people-reading muscles.

Well that happened!
Great book! Gave it to my son who has zero social skills and he has gotten much better at seeing when someone is upset.

Good workbook to make sense of human behavior
This book is not only about reading facial expressions and body language, but more about understanding human psychology and nature. This is only the companion workbook for the original title. But I appreciated the fact that it can actually be used on its own!The style is pretty easy to follow and engaging. Lots of thought-provoking questions that make you think about what you really know about body language.Overall, a good workbook to to make sense of human behavior.
