Q: I bought the bottle, however what is the actual diet, i keep hearing about a loading phase?

I don't know What the actual diet is. I have lost 27 lbs my husband has lost 32lbs. We have been using the drops 4x a day for 6 weeks. We are eating only veggies, Eggs, fruit and meat. And lots of water. No fats, oil or sugar or sweeteners of any kind. No soda. 2 meals a day. 4-6 oz of meat and 1 cut of veggies for both meals. Looking to find out if these can be replaced...thinking there was a bad batch or perhaps they are very old (like they smell). I didn't use any meal plan. These drops curb your appetite so good, y ou almost forget you didnt eat. I ate fruit, veggies and salads. Stay away from too much processed or fried foods
