I highly recommend this product for a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids. After having researched it extensively it was confirmed that this comes from a highly sustainable source and is responsibly caught. The product itself is easy to swallow and it doesn't give off any fishy after taste, that you can get with some fish oil products. It seems to be really helping with the inflammation in my joints, and I've noticed less discomfort after a few weeks of use.

Since taking this product, any joint pain that I suffered in my knees has been significantly reduced if not completely eradicated.
