My dermatologist recommended!
Whether we smear them on or put them into our bodies, phytoceramides are an important part of skin health. Wish I noticed something, but the truth is that I may not be getting worse! I'll continue to take them because I have an excellent dermatologist, and I follow his advice!

Surprise! It Really Does Work!
After using for about a month I noticed one day that my finger nails were all the same length and sturdy. First time ever that this happened without one or more breaking at various times. My nails then ended up getting so long I had to cut them. I am convinced that this was because of the Carlyle Phytoceramide Supplement. I'm sold!
