great aftershave I now smell like one of the guys in MIB.

I'm going to eb honest here - i'd NEVER heard of this till I watched the film Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past with Mathew McConnaghey and Michael Douglas and Michael Douglas wears this aftershave in as reference by his nephew Mathew McConnachy. It's a classic 80's aftershave in the mould of Old Spice, Denim and Hai Karate. Sadly the wife isn't breaking down doors to get to me and kiss me when I wear it, it's actually more of a repellent to her but it's inexpensive and as an actual aftershave it actually cools the skin down after a few mins so it's good for that.

Absolutely what I wanted. Like a blast from the past, what American GIs wore in WWII. A lot of my new book Rough Jump involves American GIs in Britain in WWII and I wanted to have the scent of the time in my head, Zippo lighter fuel, boot polish, strong tobacco and this aftershave. Could not get original Camels, so was really happy to get this, Zippo lighter fuel and boot polish, made do with other strong tobacco. Amazing.

Not a very strong smell which is good. It does what it says on the bottle and cools quite effectively. Even if you have not had a shave it is still nice to apply on a hot day, I find it cools me down nicely.

Good value and grandad loved them.

I LOVE THIS STUFF. It feels so good slapping your face and neck with it after a shave. Cool, refreshing feel without any burning sensation or overpowering smell. A clean light scent that lasts a few hours. A female co-worker who loves designer colognes and perfumes thought I was wearing an expensive cologne when I asked her to smell it. She loved it and was absolutely shocked when I told her it was Aqua Velva Ice Blue from the supermarket and not a $300+ cologne from some hoity-toity upscale store. I know a chemist who develops tastes and smells and she says that she and her peers laugh at people who spend hundreds of dollars for a fraction of an ounce of water/alcohol mixed with chemicals and a "designer" name that costs pennies to make. Just a great quality product at a great price.

Love it...love it...love it. Classic 40s and 50s scent that lasts through out the day. Pairs well with a Fedora in summer and with some Benny Goodman playing in the background somewhere...
