Great Board
Great job, very sturdy.

Light, sturdy and easy to Carry.
I purposely bought a board that was solid and this didn’t disappoint. I needed it for rehabilitating a torn meniscus and strengthening around the knee joint. It came with some exercise instructions and these reflected what my osteopath had recommended. It is light but seems hard wearing. I use it on carpet and it works really well. Better to use trainers for stability. Handles make it easy to move about. I haven't tried it on other surfaces yet. It’s harder than you think to stand on this on one leg and seems to exercise the lower leg muscles really well and around the knee.

great sturdy balance board
This is really sturdy. i was worried buying one that it would be flimsy or would have stress points and im so glad i bought this one that is all one piece as its been great. had it for a while now and even the kids have jmuped about and played on it and its holding up well. can be used on carpet or wooden floor as it has a non slip section on the bottom. nice and light to move around and the handles are helpful, particularly if using it for plank/push ups etc.

No grip
Unfortunately the lack of grip means I can't wear socks using the wobble board.

Pleased with the wobble board. Ideal product to support core activation and stability. Easy to carry around too. Size is most suitable and is anti slip barefoot.

L'ho acquistato dopo un intervento ai legamenti e crociato. Ottimo. Inizialmente ho avuto difficoltà perché sotto è rigido, non é morbido come le altre le pedane e si fatica di più a trovare l'equilibrio. Ottimo per il recupero finalizzato alla presciistica

Parece algo que no funcionara pero a la hora de usarlo, si le da un plus al ejercicio, se siente el trabajo.

I absolutely love this! I use it daily for work and on my breaks I can do push ups on it! You can also use it for a ton more exercises like pistol squats as well.! 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)
