Carrier 2 Ton 5 Star Flexicool Inverter Split AC (Copper,ESTER Exi, Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling,Dual Filtration with HD & PM2.5 Filter 2023 Model,R32,White)

I'm writing this review after one week. Overall price is good as 2ton plus 5star AC, there are few options in the market. It's chilling our room well, and for fitting they said it is complex situation to install the Ac and they were hesitating so we installed by local worker so it was cheaper to install. Cons- Some bugs noticed in the AC it is not stoping by single click of the remote it's taking multiple times to stop but other operations has no problem, I don't know how can I fix this problem right now.

Delivery is great, installation service is good, and product is ok. But they do not give service on Sundays. Already called customer care several times, but issue not solved. I am going to sell my AC and going for a brand who give service on Sunday. I suggest to go with a brand who gives services on sundays or holidays.

I am writing this review within the first month after the installation of AC. I can't comment on how the cooling of the AC is because the AC never worked. Selling an product is entirely different than the capability of providing a good after sale service. (Writing this based on the experience in the city Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.) For the installation, they sent two chhapris, one of them was constantly chewing gutka and his mouth was filled with spit. They were really arrogant, and not were skilled at their job, and didn't even had the vaccum pump. In less than a week of installation, the AC stopped cooling. After registering the complaint at customer care on 24th Aug, it took a week for the technician to show up on 31st Aug. After diagnosis, it was found out that there is a gas leakage and the technician closed the complain at their end, saying that he will come back on Monday, 2nd Sept. He did not. And now his phone is switched off. I called the customer care again, they tell me that for gas leakage, another team will visit, and will call me within 48 hours. Based on my prior experience, I don't believe they will. So long story short, don't buy from a brand who can't even provide a decent after sale service. Go for Daikin instead, I had purchased two ACs, one from Carrier another from Daikin, got them installed on the very same day. Daikin's built quality is way better than Carrier. Their technician had all the necessary equipments. And were better behaved than the carrier's. Edit: the technician came next day, it was a simple at the pipe connection near the indoor unit. The AC is working fine now, it cools the room quite effectively, it is a little at the louder side as it is a 2Ton ac. The built quality of the plastic is a little average. Overall, I am satisfied with the cooling.

I am a big fan of carrier brand and this is my third AC. Today only we started using this product and absolutely no noise and very silent, though it is 2 ton, air through is also very good even though the AC is running on 28. May be I need some more time to write my full review. Product wise it is very good but they are giving The most worst ugliest idiotic remote control (black colour one). If someone see the remote control before they purchase this product, I am sure they will definitely change their mind. After spending 52000 rupees the thing you will hold in your hand is the ugliest remote control. I don’t know why they are spoiling their brand name with these small things.

We are happy with the performance so far 30 feet long/500 sq ft living room. We typically use at 25/26 degree, or FC3/FC4 mode intermediately switch to dry mode, which saves power as well. Very quite for most modes, insta cool has most and dry mode has least sound (as expected).

I purchased this AC and became defective within two month.From day one ,cooling performance is lackluster even on highest setting ,it stuggle to lower the temprature .I expected a more powerful and efficient unit,especially for the price I paid. I have generated several service call to rectify the issues but till date it is defective. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience of service center .They took several months to rectify but not succeeded.Technician visited three months ago and said some part is defective ,spare is required.But service center didn't provided same spare although AC is under warranty period.I called several times but they are unable to provide spare and always make excuses.Some times they didn't respond.Til date My AC is faulty .In the end ,I felt I wasted my time and money .The service was not only bad and pathetic but the lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating .Please purchase other brand ACs for better service and accountability.There should be negative star rating so customer can give same negative for such pathetic experienc.

The AC is really good n cool down my room very cool. great n affordable product. Installation was also very quick.
