Product arrived today in the mail. I am very pleased with this medical bracelet. I bought the red band. Directions were very easy to follow when cutting extra red band length. The six lines of information are easy to read. On line 2 I have my hospital's name, as all of my records are there. This bracelet is attractive. I love it.

I ordered one of these bracelets in purple and in teal. I really like them. They come large so you can cut to adjust them. The clasp is strong and stays closed. You can get it wet without worrying about it. The printing is clear and easy to read. I like that they send a medical card with the bracelet as well. Its comfortable to wear and you don’t notice it while you’re sleeping. Its a good product and the shipping is really fast. If you have questions about it, their customer service is prompt as well.

Quick delivery with accurate information inscribed. Comfortable, adjustable and attractive. I would give it 5 stars except the latch sometimes comes open and causes the band to fall off my wrist, especially if it catches on clothing. I keep it clean with mild soap and warm water, though afraid to wear while in pool or hot tub since I don't know if chemicals will react with it.

I was quite pleased that I received this wonderful product much more quickly than anticipated, and was delighted with my interaction with the company. I had accidentally left off three words I meant to include on my bracelet and had contacted the company as soon as I realized my error. I informed them of the correction I wanted to include and requested that they let me know if it was possible, being fully prepared to received a "no" since often things are hard to change once an order has been received and processed. I received an immediate response that the change had been made to my order. Wow, that was fast, and I was happy that they were able to make the change. I chose this particular company's bracelet because they have a very generous allowance for what can be placed on the bracelet, six lines of characters, 36 characters per line. This is great because all of my most important information is on the front, and in an emergency, is someone has to fiddle with trying to get the band off and look at the other side for more information, it could be precious seconds lost. The bracelet is easy to size, the clasp is secure, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off, and is quite comfortable. The printing is clean and clear, very easy to read. I took a picture of my new bracelet and sent it to friends and family who thought it looked great and indicated they would probably be ordering one for themselves. I can't think of a better endorsement of a product than telling all of one's friends and family, can you?

This is a very sturdy bracelet. Customized for your needs. Our doctor was very impressed with the information. It is a very needed item for your care in an emergency.

I’ve purchased 3 of these for $38 each, over the last 6 years and wear them 24/7. I work in Construction, work in my yard and around the house etc, ride motorcycles, Mtb’s etc They last 1-1/2 - 2 years before the band tears and eventually breaks. The medical icon is not correctly positioned on the band and is generally not visible. The 3 stars is mostly due to the fact that they are expensive for needing to be replaced so often…

The bracelet font is very easy to read and very well made. Easy to size and closes really well.

I am retired and had steel bracelets in the past. While some complaints I saw said it wasn’t built strong enough, I find it very good quality. It is so light I forget I’m wearing it. I have used 6 lines and still find it easy to read. Highly recommend.

Love the closure, no little hooks or chains to break. The engraved plate can slide around to where you want it on the band.

I have very tiny wrists and I was concerned that this would be too big. The second last notch fits perfectly! It is comfortable to wear and the print is easy to read.
