Following amazon & what hi fi 5 star reviews decided to finally order a Superconnect. It arrived next day, plugged in and was listening to internet radio in a matter of minutes. The ease of use and sound quality is just sublime. However, on day 2 the screen decided to unstick itself and fell onto the worktop. Pushed it back in place but it kept falling off. Ordered a replacement from Amazon, they stuck to the same next day delivery and sure enough it arrived the followign day and is perfect. In the meantime I contacted Revo directly who themselves offered a direct factory replacement and support with any questions I might have. First class service and attitude all round. Get one of these in your life, it really is that good.

Very good sound qaulity. the product itself is very good, retro stylish, have to use internet radio as DAB and FM is virtually non existant where I live. Would have liked the option to plug an ethernet cable. wifi ok, needed to ring up for assistance.Customer services were on the ball and very helpfull. asked me what the router was and told me that the the WPS was turned off by my broadband supplier by default. Rang supplier, walked me through it, all good.

This radio is the answer to all your radio needs. Sounds excellent, build quality outstanding and really easy to use. I would even go as far as saying its superior to any other ive seen on the market in this price range. I highly recommend it.

This is a well made "solid" unit. We purchased it for listening to the radio in the UK, specifically internet radio. Technical things usually baffle me when setting them up but once set the unit has worked very well. For once I worked through the technical manual and if I had a question a quick call to REVO sorted things out.

The unit sounds great, looks excellent and functions such as the DAB radio work well. However, as others have noted, the 'Superconnect' is an unfortunate name for something that has so much difficulty connecting. The main issue is with the Spotify Connect which frequently falters. Spotify will play on your device but nothing will happen on the Superconnect, even when Superconnect is listed as your connected device within Spotify. I've been in touch with Revo about it and I found the support frustrating. The people I dealt with did not take the problem as seriously as they should for something that costs nearly £300. They blame Spotify, they say it will be fixed with updates but ultimately nothing solves the problem. Ultimately, the only solution I've found is the annoying step of having to turn the unit off at the plug and back on again which takes about 30 seconds to reboot.I've also found that the internet radio function can be temperamental with the radio station just hanging at the 'connecting' stage but never connecting. Again, this has to be solved with a plug reboot.If they could solve these problems, it would be a great item.

Looks good, runs fast, works well, remote app is imperfect but powerful, actual remote is tiny (there's a cracking big remote you wont be losing). Lots of things that could be better but the essentials, DAB, Sound, Alarms, it's spot on.

I've owned my Superconnect for around 18 months. It's a great bit of design and the sound quality is generally good. Unfortunately build quality and software doesn't match the very high price tag. Issues I've had:- Spotify Connect pauses itself and freezes fairly regularly. The only way to get out of it is to reset the system, losing all your settings.- The volume control on the side stopped working properly after a few months and the unit had to be returned for repair.- Listening on bluetooth suddenly became extremely quiet, so that you could hardly hear it with the volume on maximum. The only way to fix it was a factory reset, losing all settings.- The display sometimes glitches, displaying random symbol and pixels.- The user interface is not very user friendly - as others have noted, the internet radio function is a real fiddle to use.- The aerial vibrates very distractingly with low frequencies. I contacted customer service and they told me not to extend the aerial. Vot is point aerial?On their own, none of these issues would be a particular concern in a cheaper unit, but cumulatively they add up when you've spent this amount of money.
