I bought this for our two Australian shepherds, to try and get them to let us know what they want. So far they are more scared of the buttons but our whole family is obsessed with them. It’s only been three days and they have been in near constant use, the only thing I wish is that the sound that they made wasn’t my voice, and instead was more of a recorded sound. I just need to figure out how to do that with my phone and a voice recorder. Highly recommend.

One button did not work. They’re very simple to take apart. Remove 4 rubber pads, remove 4 small screws, remove two circuit board screws, gently slide circuit board up, and remove speaker. There is a plastic cover inside covering the speaker. Simply pop it back into place and reassemble and it works perfectly fine.

Well I wanted to teach my 6months Husky communication buttons and for his 6th birthday I gifted him same. He is using them amazing and he learned in no time. Although I read all reviews majority of those mentioned about one button which stopped working and I ignored those I thought it might be in some cases. But no genuinely the one pink colour button is actually faulty.. it worked first day and then later before even using it the sound started coming so low that we could not even hear. We interchanged the cells but still the issue persist. I think if we pay this much money this should not happen.. Good part is it has mat and stickers.. But I’m still disappointed with this one faulty button.Not worth a buy.. I’m giving 3 star only for other three buttons and the mat and stickers provided. Although later point even the mat is not useful but still giving the point for that..

Button works fine. It is light so the dog can knock it around. The stickers are not good quality they came apart when applying. We're working on getting the dog to press them and making progress. I don't think we'll ever get as good as Bunny but proud of my doggy.

This is a really nice idea for communication with pets if you start them out young. I have a couple of younger dogs and a couple of older dogs. The younger ones seem to take to the new direction easier. Packaging and shipping were great. No problems. The buttons are recordable with your own voice, which I feel helps the pet connect more. Batteries not included so get a large pack of AAA. Product also included a black, bone shaped mat to set the buttons on. While I like the material of the mat, I do not care for the fact that the buttons have no way to stay on there. The second the dog hits it, the button is pushed off. I suppose you could cut out the holes and set the buttons in, if it was really a problem. The set also comes with a small variety of stickers to label the buttons, which is a nice touch. Overall, a good product. Just don’t expect your pups to catch on right away. It takes a good bit of time and patience.
