I have had labs done prior to use, a month into us, and 3m in. My levels went from deficient, in the garbage to textbook perfect. My doctor was asking me what I did and I showed them this. They were amazed and said they needed to order some for themself lol! It does have a bit of an odd sent but nothing that lingers long and it absorbs quickly. Definitely worth the price.

I have an inflammation condition on my scalp, and this cream has helped clear that up. I use it twice a day consistently. However, I thought I would try and see if it would absorb into my body well enough to raise my Vitamin D levels, which were a little low. The numbers actually dropped over the last couple of months, so I have to conclude that it doesn't work for me for that.

So many toxic add ins in other products. This one is much better. It goes on well, the pump works through the whole bottle, and it isn't greasy like many creams.
