I bought this especially for my wedding day and after having almost bought the Fridja, I decided to pay £10 more for a product that had excellent reviews. W3ell, what can I say - we absolutely did the right thing! Transporting it to the hotel was a breeze, assembly is simple (once I figured out to turn the telescopic pole to tighten and not the plastic cup on the handle) and it was ready to use in under a minute. The result was stunning - both suits looked perfect - even fine wrinkle free - I love that we could also do a faux-fur coat by changing the setting. |Definitely worth the money and construction is excellent.

Bought it to replace my old steamer, which was no longer steaming after about 6 years' faithful service. Despite the water container arriving cracked, this was quickly replaced, and I've now been very happily steaming since then. I like the fact that this one has different steam settings, and it seems lovely and powerful with no breaks in steam production. It's a shame there's no cord storage like my last one (there were hooks to wind the cord around), so I end up hanging the flex over the garment hook at the top. Great product if you love to steam clothes rather than iron them. I might even try it on curtains and upholstery next.

I thought I did not want this product when it arrived , however I gave it a chance and Iam now very much in love with it , fantastic for coats , shirts which I have a bad time ironing so if you need to steam your coats , jackets shirts it heats up very quickly , for its price I think its great. However I wish it had a back to it as I found things hung limply from it depending on the material , not so good for bedding but I’ve only just sarted using it so we work it out , I think most my ironing will be done with this appliance you I may use a iron for other things you my find you still need one , but the reason I got this was for shirts , jackets coats and dresses and this is fantastic for that .So as long as the product lasts along time I give it 9 out off 10

Whilst it is very effective the extending poles are a real pain to ensure they stay up - so once up it means that I am loathed to collapse them for storage. I purchased hoping this would have me do away with my iron, but it seems to take longer from this design issue. The steam generation is great and the results are excellent. Shame a little more wasn't spend on the mechanical element as it would then be perfect

just to let you know while you considering to buy this magic pet, first I was crying as it did not work on the way I expected from the reviews. I did read so many different descriptions of others and so of this, they were saying "abracadabra" it does the job. It did not until I discovered it's tiny secrets which were not quite obvious from the reviews.! I had to slow down my energetic ironing habit :) and temporally prepare a stall which protects the skirt whatsoever from behind. It is my ironing stall, closed, standing so holding the hanger or linen or what you what to do. So flapping excluded, next the hot steam which ,of course, burnt my hand first. But you must let the steaming head to run smoothly on the surface and hold the textile in a safe distance, no need to pull, just hold! It keeps you safe and does the job brilliantly. I have to do a lots of ironing and started to hate it with whatever modern steaming iron i had. Now I'm doing again with joy, doing again the the T shirts, bed cloths etc and it took only 30 minutes to finish 16 skirt, 7 T shirts, 3 bed lines with one tank of water. So thank you for this firstly challenging, IQ inspiring machine, I DO love ironing again and find it a fun, easy way to do so with BestStem. This is my second BestSteam. Was using the previous one for two years and was so happy with the purchase until my hose broke. My average use was few times a week. And I must say when was looking for replacement I was so confused witch one to go for and I hope I made the right decision. Let’s see how long this will last. I have noticed few changes between my old one and the new. They add clips on the pole so is much easy to extend the length of the pole, adapter as a extra bonus in the box (if you planing to use abroad). I must say, life is so much easy with this steamer, perfect for t-shirts, shirts, dresses. Perfect for refreshing your clothes if they been in you wardrop for some time.

Great idea for a product but just did not perform properly in the year I have had it. Both joins on the stand part have on seperate occassions stopped gripping and I have had to use masking tape to hold this part together. I have had it for just short of 13 months and it has now stopped working completely (I have changed the fuse and plug but to no avail). There is no mention of the warranty on this product on the advert and I have now been told it is 12 months and they can't do anything to help repair it. I would have appreciated even a contact or company that repairs them but nothing!

After much research and deliberation I decided to purchase this for my business. It is so easy to set up and unlike normal steamers you can replace the water during use. It doesn't appear to emit a lot of steam but it definitely does the job. It is perfect for getting the creases out of things you wouldn't normally iron, or that would take forever, like wooly jumpers , multi-layered dresses & skirts and items with sequins, beads & embroidery. I use a lot of sari fabric, swathes of it and this cuts the ironing time down immensely. It does the job quickly, without the hassle of getting your fingers trapped in an ironing board. I detest ironing with a passion, it is the most tedious job in the world but this steamer is a pleasure to use. It is also easy to move and store
