TFA Mechanical Stopwatch 38.1022

Absolutely lovely stopwatch and very accurate. I use it for the Gym and it's perfect as I don't need anything complicated like split timing etc. I much prefer it to any of the digital stopwatches I've owned including some expensive ones. I guess I'm kind of sick of digital things :). I want a mechanical watch now too!Anyway, I can't fault it and recommend it.Edit : after few weeks use.After testing the stopwatch it loses around 1.5 seconds ever 40 minutes. It doesn't really matter that much as I'm only really using it for the Gym but this may matter a lot more depending on your use case. Removing 2 starts due to losing time.

A high quality product. 13 jewels, heavy, solid (I haven't dropped it yet), supplied with bag, wrist/neck strap and solid box for keeping it in. It could be bigger - but then it would cost more. Excellent item - worth the wait.

I bought this stopwatch for several reasons. I wanted one that did a minute and not just thirty seconds in one revolution. I wanted big easy to see figures and is mechanical with analogue and not digital.This watch fits the bill in every way and I would have rated it 5 * except the first one stopped working not long after I bought it. I was sent a replacement the next day, so top marks for that and the new one is working fine so far, but I expect this to last many years and might give a higher rating in a year's time.

Excellent stopwatch does the job.

Nice weight and size, very clear time markings, precise button actions. It lost 0.2 second in an hours run, but should improve as it gets "run in" with use. Appears to be well made and comes with a soft protective pouch and neck strap all in a nice presentation box. Pleased. 2 weeks later update. Having used the stopwatch for several hours, it now has no error at all, not only up to it's 30 minutes counter limit, but up to a 2 hour run. This is exceptional for a mechanical stopwatch and reflects the build quality of this item.

It is very easy to use. It came with a faux velvet cover to prevent it from getting scratched or damaged. I have used it in spin and circuit classes which I teach. It can be zeroed after each time by pressing the small button on the left side of the face. It is worth the money I paid for it. I had a digital stopwatch but struggled with it each time I wanted to reset it, so this watch is perfect for me to use.

Bought to help with numbers, telling the time and to practice the five times table-and very successful it is too, however the main button is very stiff and not easy for younger fingers but perhaps things will ease off as we use it more.Excellent clear face and easy to read numbers and the dashes between numbers also easy to see and count. Good choice for a non-digital display but rather pricey.

The item which thanks to Amazon.co.uk arrived before the delivery date, was a gift from the TFA company. The seriousness and the friendship of the TFA company was shown by giving to me an unique stopwatch to a very acceptable price. It has a very good quality and is very practical to athletics.
