Great, just what I wanted. Very pleased with product and speed of delivery. Easy to read an understand. Ideal for complimenting communciation workshops.

I bought this book because I knew I needed to improve my communication skills. This book helped me recognize where I was making mistakes and then figure out what I could do to change my behavior. I work in the food industry and over the course of reading this book there has been a noticable increase in the amount of money I'm receiving in tips. My relationships are running smoother than ever and I even feel different because I'm thinking about problem solving differently. Great book, and I'm incredibly thankful I found it.
