Another great feature is the ear covers that hook onto your ears; they stayed in place well and protected my ears perfectly during coloring. Came with everything that I needed for a fun night of coloring my hair. Personally, I did not use the ear caps as they were weird and I accept that hair dye will go everywhere. The brushes are super easy to use, just your basic hair dye brushes that you can get anywhere, and I like that the bowl folds flat and it comes with a nice little carrying case to keep it all together, so that way I can store everything nicely in my cabinet.

I quite like this hair coloring kit because it includes all the tools and items the boxed dyes don't contain, including a good, reusable protective smock and all the necessary brushes and even caps for the waiting period, and everything fits in a small, reusable storage pouch. My only caution is that when you have mixed dye in the silicone bowl, don't put any downward pressure on it, or it could collapse and create quite a mess (I didn't but it was close). Otherwise though, I like this kit and it helps make dyeing my hair an easier, less messy experience in general. Would get again...if not for the fact this entire set is reusable. My only critique is that the ear coverings won't stay put, so I didn't use them.
