It may be too effective. Whenever I take it I get symptoms of low blood sugar, dizzy, shaky et. I have not measured with a meter but it does seem to produce this effect rather quickly in me and I need to eat something with sugar to balance myself out. I think this is a good and reputable product and everyone responds differently so this is no reflection on the product just a description of my experience in case any one else has this same effect. This product works for weight loss! It cuts your appetite and makes you feel full faster. It does make you thirsty. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water with it. I didn't experience any stomach issues. I couldn't tell if it added energy due to my sedimentary job.

Quality products. I gave it 3 stars because the yellow color ingredients upset my acid reflux. I had to stop taking two a day for over 30 days. Once I resumed the product to avoid an upset stomach I take one before 8:00 am and again after 12:30 pm. It’s an okay way to reduce blood sugar along with a proper diet and regular exercise.
