It’s a filter
This filter looks like a decent filter, but it’s a little smaller than the original on my ATV. I needed to order one so this got me by.

Great value and seems to work just as well as filters twice as much.
Simple installation, be sure to remember to prefill your filter with new oil dip your finger in old oil to apply to the gasket prior to installation. It may need changed a little more frequently than the mobile one filters but for the price you can afford to.
